"Heal your troops on the battlefield. Troops inside the Medkit's area of effect will recover health."
The Medkit is part of the battlefield support on your Gunboat. When used the Medkit will engulf the troops that are being healed with a yellow ring. Once you see the little red crosses floating out of the circle that is your indication that the troops are being healed. A great combination for healing troops is stacking the Medkits with your Medic troops. This allows for maximum healing during battle.
